Shipping & return Policy Domestic · Domestic shipping is handled by federal express, ups or the United States postal service and is based on the total amount purchased. Domestic shipping includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. your package should arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. International · We are currently working on accepting international orders. Send us an inquiry email and we will respond within 24 hours. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. you have 3 days after you recieve your item to call us and request an RMA number, NO refunds will be processed without an RMA number. · Jimastyle.com recommends that you send back your return with insurance.
